Shipping Policy

Order processing: Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 3 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support@seurick.com with your order number.
